This notice explains how we use personal information when you contact INQUIRIM or ask to receive updates.
Information we collect
We collect your email address, the name you provide, your message and any other information you choose to share, such as your organisation, role or interests. We also keep a record of any request to receive updates.
Please do not send confidential, sensitive or unnecessary personal information.
Why we collect it
We collect this information to record and understand interest in INQUIRIM, contact people who have asked to hear from us, provide relevant updates, and invite interested people to appropriate future conversations, trials or opportunities to participate.
Regional and optional country information may also help us understand where interest is developing and inform decisions about possible activity beyond the UK.
Our legal basis for responding to enquiries is our legitimate interest in communicating with people interested in INQUIRIM. For optional development updates and invitations, our legal basis is your consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting privacy@inquirim.com. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of anything done before your consent was withdrawn.
How we store and share your information
Correspondence is collected and stored using Google Workspace, including Gmail. Google acts as a service provider processing this information on our behalf.
Access will be restricted to authorised people working for INQUIRIM Ltd who need the information for the purposes described above. We will not sell your personal information or share it with other organisations for their own marketing purposes.
Google may process information in countries outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, the processing will be subject to the safeguards contained in Google’s applicable data-processing terms. We may also disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
We will review the information at least annually. Unless we remain in active contact with you, we intend to delete your information no later than 24 months after your most recent interaction with INQUIRIM. You may ask us to delete it sooner.
If you withdraw your consent, we may retain only the minimum information necessary to record that you should not be contacted again.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you; ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information; ask us to delete it; ask us to restrict how it is used; receive it in a portable format where applicable; and withdraw your consent.
To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@inquirim.com. You also have the right to raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Automated decisions
We will not use the information you provide to make automated decisions about you or to create a profile of you.

We may update this notice as INQUIRIM develops. The current version and its effective date will be published on this website.
